The 225ml brass coffee boiler produces superior espresso extractions, and Ascaso has added a brass thermoblock for continuous steaming power while making your cappuccinos and lattes. The Duo Versatile has two pumps, one is always devoted to espresso extraction and the additional to steam. The thermoblock can be set to always remain on, or can be switched off to save energy when not needing to steam milk. In the on position steaming while extracting espressos can be done simultaneously.
